Yes, the platform is completely free for all users. It is funded by the African Union and development partners to support continental integration and industrialization efforts.

Currently, the platform is available in English and French. Additional African Union working languages (Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swahili) will be added in future updates.

Survey completion time varies by tool:

• Tool A (AfCFTA Impact): 10-15 minutes
• Tool B (Enabling Environment): 5-8 minutes
• Tool C (AIDA Industrialization): 15-20 minutes

Yes, you can complete surveys for different products, time periods, or business units. However, please avoid submitting duplicate responses for the same product/period as this may affect data quality.

Most questions include a "Not Applicable" or "Don't Know" option. If you're unsure about specific data (like exact trade volumes), you can provide estimates. It's better to give your best estimate than to skip the question entirely.

Once submitted, survey responses cannot be edited directly. However, you can contact our support team at aida@auda-nepad.org within 48 hours of submission to request corrections.
